At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% will be required.
Subject
to availability, changes to the reservation are allowed up to 21 days
before arrival date: the new reservation needs to be of the same amount
or higher than the one booked (if higher, the extra deposit must be
paid).
In case of cancellation of the stay up to 21 days before the
arrival date, you will receive a voucher to be used within 12 months
from the date of issue. The deposit paid will be considered credit for a
stay of equal or greater amount to be made by 2026, between 18 May
and 15 October.
If you wish to receive a ship’s quotation,
please inform the port of departure, number and age of passengers,
accommodation in the ship, vehicle size and trailer, if applicable
(height-length-width), preferably overnight or daytime.

discount. Prepaid non-refundable rate that allows you to change the
dates of your stay free of charge, for one time only, no later than 14
days before arrival.
In the event of a change of dates, the new visit shall be no later than 15.10.2025 (closing date for the facility).
The
change of dates must be based on real-time availability, rates and
restrictions; the new stay must be of the same or higher amount than the
one booked (if higher, the excess must be paid).
